Spring Hill Manor boasted an overall rating of 5 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 3.2 recorded for nursing homes in California.
During the quarter, Golden Empire stood out as the largest nursing home in Nevada County, with 148 beds available. Crystal Ridge Care Center came in second place, with 99 beds available.
As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Spring Hill Manor has spent a total of $650 in one fine and suffered one penalty.
